Cottages were nestled amongst walking paths with fountains, reading nooks (they had a library) and arbors laden with wisteria and other beautiful flowers. It was the perfect time to go! The temperature was mild with a gentle breeze, all was in bloom and fragrant, AND we just made the "off season" prices. This was the view from our front room. Cottages were completely furnished with beautiful classical music, gas fireplaces, chocolates, etc. Hour devours were served in the parlor in the afternoon and a complementary gourmet breakfast in the morning. With all the sights, sounds, smell, tastes and comforts in perfect harmony, it was truly paradise.Sunday, January 13, 2008
