Charlie's Greek Layer Pita Dip was so good! It seemed a sophisticated choice for a five year old, but he thoroughly enjoyed preparing and eating it. We all loved it. I cooked an extra turkey this year, because we never have enough left overs. This is just our "leftover" turkey coming out of the oven
