Savages Arrive in Oregon!!!

Hooray!!! The Savages finally arrived safely in Grants Pass on October 10th, to our joy and amazement. We still can't believe they're here for good! They have already been swept away in the whirlwind of Jarvis activity on the football and soccer field, Cub Scout Pack Meeting, Date Nights, music lessons, homeschooling, Costco runs to Medford, 5:00 am YMCA workouts, YMCA homeschool P.E. classes, Katie's big Homecoming date extravaganza and never-ending feeding fests. Poor Anson even got his arm broken already by a big cousin on the basketball court! (And he's been such an awesome sport about it, too! He even continues to do schoolwork with his LEFT hand!)
We know what a miracle and blessing it is that the Savages moved here. Think about it. Mark up and bought property to build a house on, started looking for work far and wide (clear out to Ashland), found a job that seemed right (which was a miracle in and of itself) and it was located ON THE SAME STREET, DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE PROPERTY HE IS BUILDING HIS HOUSE ON! "Signs" simply don't come any more flamboyant than that. We are so grateful, and eagerly look forward to all the rest of you moving out here soon. HA! (If you think it, they will come.....it's already working!)
