Feeding time...always a highlight.

This was the picnic spot by the lake. Below, Gena pulls out a secret pastry stash, attracting sharks to the feeding frenzy. Lots of hungry teenagers!

The Glorious Dunes!

I watched as all nine kids tackled a big sand dune...Parker tried to keep up with the big kids....he turned around and came back. :)

I remember making drip castles as a child on this very beach...

Parker got a kick out of being buried by Jeff. It made "This Little Piggy" a lot more fun too! Below...a cozy nap in the sun is a must after hours at play on the dunes.

The kids loved catching salamanders and making a "Salamander Resort"

Jefferson swam to a sand dune on the other side of the lake and discovered a plethera of salamanders! I gave the kids rides in the canoe to hunt for salamanders and bring them back to the sand "holding tank" they built. It was great fun, and a great science lesson.
